Sir— l have a oomplaint to make against some person for a horrible nuisance that exists and has beon existing for about three months, and it not put a atop to some very serious results will come from it. It is this —My next door neighbours have each patent water closets, without proper drains. That being the case, everything that comes from them runs through my yard. I have applied to the Inspector of Nuisances and City Surveyor, and they inform me that unless they get an order from the owner of the property and permission from the owner of the adjoining property to run a drain through, they can do nothing. I would not stay a day longer in the house, bat as I have a daughter lying very ill in it, and she must not be moved, I am in a very queer fix, and I would like to know what I am to do. 1 am, Ac,
