The Victorian Premier (Mr. Gillies) has communicated with the Governments of the other colonies with a view to ascertainingif they will join Victoria in inviting Lord Wolseley to visit the coloniea for the purpose of inspecting the forces and acting as military adviser to the Australasian Governments.
