Advices from San Homo state that Sir Morell Mackenzie has returned to that place, and made a critical examination of his Imperial Highness the Crown Prince. Dr. Mackenzie .expressed himself greatly pleased with the improvement in the health of his Highness, and reports that only a slight swelling: now remains. Keferriug to tho nature of the ailment, Sir Morell Maokonzie states that timo alone can determine tho character of the disoase.
