ELEVEN CASES EEPOETED IN SYDNEY. [kkutkr's teleobams.] Sydney, 29th December. Those of the Preussen's passengers who have shown symptoms oi smallpox havo been strictly isolated. Eleven cases of smallpox among the Proufincn's passcngors havo been reported. Auklaidk, 29th December. Another caso of smallpox has occurred among the Freussen's passcngors wbo are at the Quarantine Station. Tho two pationta have been isolated from the other passengers.
