The elements would appear to be as unpropitions to Woody ear's Circus in Auckland as they were in this city. Owing to the arena having become deluged, Mr. Woodyear has been compelled to olose hiß season, and has held an auction sale of his surplus horses. On Wednesday last, his last appearanoe in Auokland, Mr. Woodyear, as a draw, presented a horse to the holder of a oertain admission ticket. Although our mantle department suffered severely daring the late catastrophe, we are happy to inform onr customers and the publio at large that by; reoent arrivals of steamers we are plaoed in possession of a large and varied assortment of every requisite in this department, at Te Aro House. We have over 250 ladies' ulsters, fashionable shapes, from 3s 6d to 12s 6d ; 175 ladies' four-in-hand and dolman ulsters from 8s Cd to 655 ; an extensive assortment of cloth, ottoman oloth, and ottoman silk paletots, jaokets and dolmans from 10a 6d to 67s 6d, at Te Aro House. Ode stook of fur capes was never larger, better assorted, or of greater value j our prices ranging from 7s 6d to 25a 6d, and we have a very ohoioe selection of ladies' silk cape«, lined with for, from 18s 6d to 29s 6d, at Te Aro Honae. Ladiis will find in onr millinery department everything necessary for the requirements of the present season, and at prioes muoh below usual rates. Trimmed hats from 3m 6d to 50s j millinery bonnets from 7a Cd to 355 ; nntrimmed hats, in straw, felt, and velvet, both for ladies and ohildron, in great profusion, with also a plentiful supply of feathers, flowers, aigretteß, ornaments, Ac. Orders for millinery will be promptly attended to, and exeouted with taste and elegance, under the supervision of an experieoed milliner, at Te Aro House.— Advt.
