Extensive Fire at Patea.
♦ IBt Tbmgbaph. lunitxd pheBs association. j FATSA, TIIJB DAT. Tho buildings, plant, and maohinory of ths West Coast Moat Freezing Company were totally destroyed by fire at 2 o'olook this morning. The oawo is a perfcot mystery, as the fire originated in a portion of tho building in whioh no fire whatever has boen uacd for somo weeks. Everything bnt tho fellmongery building was totally destroyed. Tho insurances so far as yet ascertained are— On tho building and machinery, .£1000; on the stook, £500; on tho refrigerator, £100. Tho original oost of the building and machinery was £4500.
