M'Carthy's Bolioitor stated his intention to bring an action against the captain and mate for attempting to murder. Intebcaegill, 20th October. Mr. J. T. Thomson, late Surveyor-General, was interred to-day in the family vault at St. John's cemetery. The cortege was a very large one. TiMAßtr, 20th October. In M'Beth's case to-day, judgment was that tho amount of the two bills of M'Beth and Taylor, not due when Taylor became certainly aware of M'Beth's insolvency, be paid to the Official Assignee under the 79th clause.
