Giblin, has been effected by Mr. Douglas, and the portfolios have been allotted as follows : — Premier and Colonial Secretary, Mr. Douglas ; Colonial Treasurer, Mr. Burgess ; Attorney-General, Mr. Dodds; Minister for Lands and "Works, Mr. Brown.
