[UNITED PBBBB ASSOCIATION.] [ePHOIAL TO HELBOUENB ABOTTS.] London, 4th September, 7.5 p.m. In the late disturbance in Dublin streets between the special constables and the mob, 20 persons were bayoneted, and 80 otherwise injured. The Queensland Government has declined the request made to it to provide facilities for the emigration to that colony of 400 of the Irish Constabulary, men who have Btruck. The Right Hon. Sir George Grey, G.C.8., is reported to be seriously ill.
