NARROW ESCAPE OF THE CZAR. RENEWAL OF THE CHILIAN WAR. LSPICIAL TO KELBOUBICK AOB.J London, 4th September. Four hundred persons have been killed during the engagements between the Turkish and Greek people in Thessaly. The express train from Paris to Baden Baden capsized, and fifty -four persons were killed. At a review at St. Petersburgh a military bridge over a ravine collapsed, just after the Czar and his staff had passed over it. Three hundred deaths occur daily at the Philippine Islands. Hostilities have been resumed between Chili and Peru.
