TREATMENT OF THE IRISH "SUSPECTS." THE LONDON MARKETS. ABOIITION OP POLYGAMY IN THE UNITED STATES. London, 14th March. The leaders of the Radical party in the Houbo of Commons, and outside, are agitating with the object of inducing the Government to order some mitigation of the prison treatment of the "' Bnspeotß" who are in custody in the various gaols in Iroland. Consols 100|. Now Zealand Securities — 5 per cent. 10 40 loan, 103* ex div. ; 5 per cent. 1889 loan, 104£ ; 4i per cent. 1879-1904 loan, 102. Colonial breadstuffs are dull at unchanged quotations, viz : —Adelaide wheat, ex ware* house, 533 ; New Zealand ditto, 493 ; Adelaide flour, ex store, 38s. Australian tallow is dull at 40a for best beef, and 45s for best mutton. Best Scotch pig iron. No. 1, free on board in Clyde, is quoted at 50a, an advance of Is. At to-day's wool auction there was an aotive demand for moßt descriptions; 8600 bales were catalogued. Washington, 14th March. A bill providing for the abolition of polygamy in the United States haß been finally passed by Congress.
