Yestebdat. (Before his Honour Mr. Justice Richmond.) GEO. GEOKGESON V. JOE DRANSPIELD, I. PLIMMEB AND P. HOLMES. Evidence in this ca°e was concluded after we went to press. Mr. Travera, in addressing the jury, contended that there was no proof that the mishap occurred through negligence. Mr. t^haw replied, and his Honor having summed up, tho jury returned a verdict in favour of plaintiff for .£IOO. OTHER CASES. Tho actions Gill v. Taylor and Phillips v. Feist were withdrawn, and the case Hilly. Cockburne was postponed till next sittings of the Court.
