MR. PARNELL'S ARREST. DEFIANT SPEECHES BY THE LAND LEA.GUERS. INCREASING EXCITEMENT IN IRELAND. London, 14th October. It has transpired that the warrant under which Mr. Parnoll waa arrested chargod him with intimidating people to prevent their utilising the Land Act or paying rcnta. iMnco Blr. Parnell's arrest several meotings of tho Land League have been held in Ireland, at which defiant Bpoeches were made by prominent Loagncrs. Considerable eicitcmont has been caused throughout the country by the action of tho kxecutivo, and tho feeling is extending.
