Sea — Heavy on western coast, Warnings for northerly gales have been sent to all stations north of Kast Cape, and hold good for north-west to Bouth-weat gales at all other places. BYNOPSIB 07 LAST 24 HODBS. Hard westerly gales have been prevalent at all places, from Napier southward, but tbe weather has been moderate in other parts of the couutry.
