• FROM OtJB OWN CORRESPONDENT.! PUNGAREHU, THIS DAY. There is nothing iresh to-day in native affairs. The report as to Titokowara having stated that it was hia intention to harass the settlers on the Plains is a pare fabrication, and in keeping with the usaal number of highly-coloured statements transmitted to the Press from this district.
