IjAeby St OAMPDELti report that they bad a Tory Bucceasful sale of general merchandise at tbe conclusion of tbeir market sale to-day, the prioea realised being very satisfactory and considerable spirit was manifested throughout the Bale. At tbe market Bale proper fresh batter realised 1b to is Id per lb ; eggs, 9d to 9Jd per doz ; fewis, 3s 6d to 3s 9d per pair. Fruit was in rather better demand ; cheese remains at about former quotations, with very little doing ; bacon and honiß are in goad supply, butthedeinaiidiß Black. There are no further alterations to note.
