I UNITED PBKBS ASSOCIATION, j Cheistchobch, 29. h July. The report of the New Zealand Shipping Company, to be presented at the annual meeting on the 12th August, shows a profit for the year of .£10,956 63 10 J, and of this .£25,000 will be appropriated to the reserve fund, bringing tnat up to .£lOO,OOO. A dividend ot 10 per cent, will absorb JJ12.500 of the balance, and J53456 6a lOd will be carried forward. The insurance fund has at its credit £6426 17s 9d.
