EXPEDITING THE LAND BILL.
THE MUEDEE OF ABDUL AZIZ. MLDHAT PASHA and ETGHT OTHEES FOUND GUILTY. .RSCTER's TELEOKAMS.I London, 28th June. In the HouSe of Commons to-day, the Eight Hon. W. E. Gladstone announced that, on account of the slow progress that had hitherto been made with the Irish Land.Bill. and the opposition that had been offered to the passage of the various clauses in committee, the Government were compelled to ask the House for further facilities for the despatch of business. He, therefore, moved that the Bill be accorded absolute precedence on the Order Paper. Tho motion, after some debate, was adopted. The Premier subsequently stated jhat the Government hoped that the business of the session would be sufficiently advanced by the commencement of August ti allow the prorogation to take place at that date. Constantinople, 28th June. Midhafc Pasha and eight others have been found guilty of the murder of the Sultan, Abdul Aziz, in 187 G.
