BRITISH DESPATCHES TO THE FRENCH GOVERNMENT. Constantinople, 2lBt May. The Fultan has issued a decree deposing the Bey Sidi Mohamed Sadok from the Regency of the Tunisian principality. PARIS, 21st May. The French Government has resolved to uphold the Bey in the possession of the Tunisian throne against the edict which has been issued by the Porte for his deposition. Despatches received by the Government from the commander of the French forces in Tunis Btate that the opposition of the native tribes to the advance of tha French troops has been entirely overcome, the Arabs having been everywhere repulsed, and Beja and Mater captured and occupied. London, 21st May. Several important arrests have lately been made of suspected persons in various parts of Ireland. Among those recently taken into custody is Father Sheehy, a Roman Catholic priest. Her Majesty the Queen is now residing at Balmoral Castle, the Royal Beat in the Highlands. It has transpired that the Right Hon.
