At Portobello two children, aged respectively four and two, have died under peculiar cirenmstancea. D»*. Brown, who attended them, says their death is the result of blood poisoning from glanders, communicated by a horse, but enquiries instituted by the police have failed to discover any horse so diseased in the locality.
