THE PRIMITIVE METHODIST CONFERENCE.

The annual district meeting of the Primitive Methodist Church of New Zealand commenced this morning. There were present thirty-one delegates fron various stations. The Rev. Josiah Ward was unanimously elected president, and Mr. T. Perkins, of Invercargill, vice-president. The business of the day was confined to receiving the returns of the respective stations. To-day the Conference passed a resolution to admit the Press to the meeting.
