LONDON. 25th June.

The Khedive has proceeded to Constantinople to interview the Sultan with regard to the demand made by England and France for his deposition. Prince Mohamed Tewfik, hereditary Prince of Egypt, and heir-apparent to the throne, has been appointed regent. His assumption of the head of affairs, although nominally only temporary during the absence of the Khedive, will in reality be permanent, as it is understood that the Kbedi?e will not be allowed to resume the sovereignty of Egypt. Tenders for £200,000, Lyttelton Harbor Board debentures, at a minimum of 102, have been invited.
