FIGHT FOR A LADY BIGAMIST IN DUNDEE.

The Glasgow Daily Mail of the 10th June says : — " Six months ago a young woman, about eighteen years of age, was brought before Sheriff Cheyne on a charge of bigamy, found guilty, and sentenced to six months' imprisonment. Her sentence having expired, her mother, with her brothers and sisters and a few relatives of her first husband, all of whom had come from Glasgow, were at the gate of the prison with a cab, waiting to convey, the young bigamist;, who possesses great personal attractions, to her first husband, who resides in Glasgow. The second husband, who is a strong burly mason, and belongs to Dundee, was also waiting with a few friends for the woman who had suffered so severely for marrying him. On the young woman making her appearance, she was immediately seized hold of by each of the parties, who made strong efforts to get possession of her. She, however, seemed inclined to favor her second lord and master, whose party proved the stronger, and they hurried her away, leaving only her bonnet in possession of her friends from Glasgow to console them for their journey. The second husband, grasping his fair partner by the hand, ran with her in the direction of Dudhope Crescent, followed by several hundred of spectators, but they soon disappeared in some of the closes of i that place. The scene was witnessed by a large crowd, who heartily en- j joyed the whole affair.
