ARRIVAL OF THE MIDLOTHIAN FROM LONDON.

The fine clipper ship Midlothian, owned by Mr. J. Boyd, of Glasgow, and chartered by Messrs Shaw, Saville, and Co., was signalled as arriving off the Heads this morning. She H a vessel of 1086 tons register, and is commanded by Captain Griffiths. She left London on the 7th May. but put back to Blackwall Dock on the following day with her steering gear out of order; left London again on the 19th May, and passed Deal on 20th, and has therefore made a fair passage. She brings a large general cargo, and several passengers, but no Government immigrants. Messrs W. and G. Turnbull and Co. are agents for the Midlothian. The following is her passenger list, as published in the home papers : — Cabin : H. T. Akers, T. W. Seweli, Mr Chislett, and C. W. Tuke. Second cabin : Mr Wharton A. W. WUson, Emily Wilson, Alice Wilson, Winifred Wilson, EmUy WUson, Wm. WUson, J. A. Hickman, O. Beir. W. T. Davison, John Davison, and John MUne. Steerage: T. Parkins, G. Christie, Mrs Christie, J. England, J. Weir, and Sarah Weir. The Midlothian had not made the harbor at 4 this afternoon, and we are therefore unable to give a report of her passage. She 'will probably beat in this evening.
