An account of the execution of six of the raeu concerned in the murder. of th&'Fijenfh and German Consuls at Salonica is sent by. a correspondent of the Daily News) T*hey tfSre undoubtedly (the writer says) among the murderers of the Consuls, but they were notorious as assassins, aud consequently nieu inuH likely to be employed by others than to originate such a deed. The wite of one, as he struggled iv the air, expressed her pleasure at his death, rejoicing at uer freedom trom such a monster. In a later letter the same correspondent states that the Commisionors are still pursuing thoir investigations into the murder ot the Consuls, but they have not .beeuvtry successful, Wiqa io tJie difficulty of oiitaiu'ing evidence.' Mftdy persons who wtre arrested have been discharged because no one would come forward and speak against them.
