TO THE EDITOR OP THE EVENING POST. Sir — How was it that Sir. G. South, secretary to ttie Vogel Reception Committee, had not the manliness, at the meeting on Friday, when the beer was mentioned, to come forward and tell the meeting that it was at his request the paragraph in question was put in the Post. After the" meeting, I heard him say such was the cose. Was he also one of the conspirators ? I am, kc, One who was Present.
