Karori C..C. v. Gkevtown C. C. This match came oft, by the permission of Mr. T. Kemptou, jun., ou the old racecourse on Tuesday last. The w< at her was exceedingly hot and consequently the number of spectators was very limited. Neither Karori nor Greytown could muster more than eight each, and these were supplemented by two members^f the Featherston Club, W. Tocker on the side of Karori and Fry on the side of Grevtown. The match was wou by the Greytown team" with six wickets to go down. Three cheers for the two teams and the umpires concluded the match. In the evening the two teams sat down to an excellent dinner given by tbe Greytown Club at the Rising bun Hotel, which passed oif most agreeably. The following are the scores :— KARORI.
