Next Tuesday evening residents of Leeston and Ellesmere county will have an opportunity of paying tribute to Dr and Mrs B. Volckman and family for the services which they have rendered to the town and district over a period of many years. The farewell social will be held in the Town Hall at Leeston and the programme includes the screening of the picture of the coronation of the Band Queen Carnival, also the repeating of the play "Way to his Heart," by members of St. John's Anglican Church.
