—o— Dalgety and Co report having held their usual weekly auction sale to-day, be ore a good attendance of buyers. Bidding was good for oats & wheat & chaff, but potatoes were hard to sell. We cleared the bulk of what we offered at prices quoted under,— Oats. —There is a very good demand & prices have again advanced since our lastquotations. Prime Bright fee.i suitable for export & milling sorts are mostenquired for, but inferior & medium command a good sale. Prime milling 2s4d to 2s4|d Good to best feed 2s 3d to 2s 4d Inferior & medium, Is lid to 2s Id. (Bags extra, net.) Wheat. —Prime samples have a good demand both millers & skippers whi.e medium quality is hardly saleable. Fowl feed it scarce & is readily saleable at quotations. Prime velvet & tuscan 2s B|d to 3s Medium velvet & tuscan 2s 7£d to 2s 9d, fowl feed (whole) 2s 6d to 2s 7d fowl feed (broken) 2s to 2s sd(Bags in.) Pot .toes.—The demand is equal to th supply, and prices are unchanged. Prim deiwents £5 Os to £5 ;5s ; medium £4 to L 4 17s 6d. Chaff. —The market is still well supplied Prime oaten sheaf which is saleable at £3 Os 9d, and if extra heavy & bright £3 17s. Medium qualities are, however, very plentiful & hard to sell from 40s Od to 45s (Bags extra net.i
