—o— Messrs Dalgety and Company, Limited report prices as under :—- Oats. —At present there is a good demand for bright feed sorts suitable for shipment, but prices remain the same as last quotations. Prime milling, to Is 6|d per bushel; good to best feed, Is od to Is 6d per bushel; medium, Is 3Jd to ;ls 4-J-d per bushel. (Bags extra.) Wheat. —The market remains quiet. Prime samples only being enquired for medium quality Is very difficult to sell unless as fowl feed. Prime velvet and tuscan has fair enquiry, and is worth 2s Gd to 2s 7d per. bushel; medium velvet and tuscan 2s .2d to 2s 5d ; fowl feed 2s to 2s Id per bushel: broken and damaged, Is lOd to Is Ud per bushel. (Bags in.) Potatoes.—Owing- to stocks being worked bare, there is a much better demand, and piime derwenfcs ; realised to-day ' £1; other sorts to £H to £3 10s. (Bags in.) Chaff.—Prime quality is in good demand j at quotations, but medium quality is overplentiful and very hard to sell. Prime oaten sheaf £2 10s to £2 12s <Jd; extra heavy £2 15s; medium quality £2 to £2s%. (Bags extra.)
