DEPASTURING REGULATION
Dcnstan Commonage. (Continued from our last.) The following were published in the Provincial Government Gazette of the 7th of October, ISBS. Regulations 14 and 15 of the preceding Regulations, and published in the Provincial Government Gazelle of the 2Gth of June, ISGB, and in the Dunstan Times of the 25th of July, 1873. Repealed. Regulations (continued). The assessment fees payable under the Regulations shall be paid half-yearly in advance, and shall be : lor every head of great cattle Is 9d For every head of small cattle Os 3ld Provided that when three months or more of the half-year shall have expired at the time of the application being made then only one-half of the above fees shall be charged ;and provided also that tho holders of depasturing licenses in force at the time of the publication of these Regulations shall bo entitled to receive credit for a portion of the fee paid in respect of such license for the unexpired period of such license respectively on applying for and obtaining a lease under these Regulations. Depasturing licenses granted under these Regulations shall re main in force until the 31st of March and 31st of September respectively next following the dates hereof.
