A MURDERER HANGED.

Patriotism of the Colonies (Received July 26, 10.15 a.m.) , London, July 25. Klossen, the Somerset (East Cape Colony) rebel and murderer, has been hanged. Mr T. H. Hassal, New South Wales' ex-Minister of Lands, at a banquet tendered to him declared that the feeling in the colonies was to allow England in time of need to call upon Australasia to the last man.
