A MILLION CHINESE TROOPS.

Expelling the_ Foreigners Disposition of the Forces Concentration of Chinese Fleet. (Received July 20, 1 a.m.) London, July 18. Prince Tuan has mobilised a million troops. He has ordered the northern corps to expel the foreigners from the Amur district. The first section of the Pekin army operating against Mukden, Chingking province, advances towards Thangwai. The second section has been ordered to concentrate at Tientsin, while the third section will be centred at Pekin.

China also sends 40,000 to Wei hai-wei and Shingtan, while the fourth division goes to Nankin.

The China fleet is concentrating in the China Sea in anticipation of hostilities.

The Viceroys of Nankin and Hoonan profess themselves powerless to repress the rebellion, and disclaim any responsibility.
