The Parliamentary library is receiving through Sir John Hall a very handsome gift in the shape of a life-sized portrait of the Queen, taken in her jubilee year.

Tho terms of settlement provide th'it the newspaper shall pay all costs incurred, and apoiogitie and retract the statements made in the article complained of.
