The oase of Salisbury v. ASawson, remitted from the Chancery division for the purpose of having the paternity of Georgina Prieatly Salisbury, an infant of fifteen months, determined, the Queen's Bench decided that Mrs Salisbury had failed to establish the legality of her daughter's birth. Ihe defendant alleged that the child was adopted for the purposes of fraud.
