.Wellington, This day. A Gazette, published to-day, contains regulations for the foreign parcels post to other places than the United Kingdom. At present no arrangements are made for send-, ing parcels direot to India, 'China, Canada, Colombo, and the Straits Settlements; and until this is done thoy will have to go through the London post office. The sheep returns for the colony are also published, occupying over seventy pages of the Gazette.
