Dunedis, This day. At tho City Court Mrs Lcmmeii waa fined £, r i and costs for sly grog-selling. Tho Bench made tho penalty light owing to her husband's conviction. In bankruptcy the Judge refused the dischargo of Robert Patterson, of Patterson and McLeod, because tho b.ilance-sheet was wilfully misleading.
