MumoußNß, This day. Tho Governor bold a Council-of-War yesterday. Tbe result of their deliberations was that the gunboat Albert was sent to tho heads on patrol duty, and the remainder of the fleet got up steam and were placed in fighting trim. Tho Naval and Submariuo Torpedo Corps and reserves were called out and ordered on board theii respective vessels. Submarine mines wero laid down, and the electric light kept going all night.
