Blenheim, This day. In the Supreme Court to-day, in tho case of the Official Assignee v. H. A. Ball, His Honor set aside the deed in defendant's favor executed by a debtor before filing, on the ground of unlawful preference. Defendant was ordered to pay costs. Justice Richmond leaves for Wellington by the Penguin to-morrow.
