PORT OF NAPIEE. ARRIVALS. July 13—Result, s.s., from Wairoa. PasBongor —Mr McCulloch. 14. Ohau, s.s., from Southern ports. DEPARTURES. July 13 Mary Wadley, schooner, for Newcastle. The s.s. Result, Captain W. E. Baxter, got into tho Wairoa river at noon yesterday, and commenced her return journey at 3 p.m., arriving here about 8. The Union Company's s.s. Ohau, Captain Bernech, left Wellington at 2 p.m. yesterday, and arrived in tho roadstead at 12.15 p.m. to-day. She will be brought inside this afternoon and berthed at the breastwork, and is announced to proceed for Gisborne, Tauranga, and Auckland at 1 p.m. to-morrow. The threo-masted schooner Mary Wadley sailed for Newcastle at 5 p.m. yesterday vitli a cargo of 1073 sacks potatoes, shipped by her owners, Messrs John Orr and Co. The s.s. Australia left Wellington at 4.30 p.m. yesterday, and should arrive here about tho same hour this afternoon. As she has a quantity of cargo for this port, her departure for Northern ports has been postponed to 4.30 p.m. to-morrow. Tho present southerly weathor has caused a heavy sea on the Wairoa bar, in consequence of which both the local steamers are lying horo awaiting a favorable report from the pilot. The s.s. Kiwi left Wellington at 5 p.m. yesterday, and should show up hero early to-morrow morning. Tho Union Company's s.s. To Kapo will loavo Wellington on the 25th iust for Camtridgo Gulf via Sydney. Tho Silver Cloud left Newcastle for this port on tho 30th inst, and may therefore be looked for at any moment. Tho Union Company's s.s. Manapouri leaves Auckland at noon to-morrow, and is due hero early on Saturday morning. Tho New Zealand Shipping Company arc advised of tho arrival at Plymouth of tho Ruupehu on the 11th inst., with her meat in good condition. She reports no sign of the cutter Sovereign of the Seas. Cargo for all ports—l 24 tons and 1000 bunches of bananas. Napier, half a ton ; Wellington, 24 tons; Lyttclton, 2 tons; Dunedin, 3 tons.
