CO Gladstoueites 155 Parnellites 75 The formation of a co.tlition Ministry by the Marquia of Salisbury and the Marquis of Hartington has been mooted as an outcome of the political crisis. (Received July 14, noon.) July 13. A Unionist candidate has secured the seat of Skipton (Yorkshire), held in the last Parliament by Sir Matthew Wilson, Liberal. Conservatives have gained the South Dorset and Leek (Staffordshire) Divisions, previously represented- by Messrs Sturgis and Crompton, Liberals.
