The Orphanage Committee reported today, on enquiry into the alleged cruelty to a child by washing him in the open air on a cold -wet day, they consider the method of cleansing him adopted was injurious, but that no ultimate harm resulted, and that the whole matter was much exaggerated by the persons making the complaint.
