Regarding the scratching of Trenton for tho Derby, tho following veterinary certificate, dated Novembor 18, is published. This morning we do hereby certify that we have this clay examined the bay colt Trenton at the request of Mr D. O'Brien, and that we find that the colfc has a decided enlargement of the near knee joint, and further that Mr O'Brien wonidhave run great risk of causing a permanent lameness if the colt had not been stopped in his-work*.
