PARIS.
August IG. In the Chamber of Deputies to-day a vote of credit of 70,000,000 francs, for defraying the expenses in connection with tho Langson difficulty, was passed by a substantial majority. In his speech on the occasion M. Ferry remarked that tho vote of tho Chamber would materially strengthen the hands of the French Government in dealing Avith China.
