7s; Benjamin v. Reihaua to Aonui, £8 13.i Gd, costs 17s, interpreter's fee 7s Gd, and expenses of witness 'I* ; Benjamin v. I'aora Kaiwhata, £6 Is Gd, costs £1 ss, expenses of witness 2s, and interpreter's fee as ; Lessong v. Eraser (Mr Lascelles for defendant), by consent judgment was given for one-half claim, viz., £11 os, costs £1 ss, and solicitor's fee £1 Is.
