AFFRAY BETWEEN SALVATION and SKELETON ARMIES.
Christchurch, This day. Yesterday a numbor of the Christchurch members of the Skeleton Army proceeded to Lyttelton with the object of creating a disturbance at the Salvation Army services Being refused admission to the Salvation HaH°thev attacked the door-keeper ; but, the latter" being assisted by people passing at the time, and the police shortly after coming up, the attack was frustrated, and eleven members of the Skeleton Army were arrested.
