A complaint has been made to the authorities rewarding the condition of three children named Neilsen, recently released from the Burnham Industrial School, after being there some ten months. AVheu sent there they were well clothed, clean, and healthy ; on being restored to their parents at Masterton recently they were ragged, filthy, crawling with lice, covered with sores, and with dirt ingrained in cracks of the skin.
