LAND "DUMMYISM" IN OTAGO.
Dunedin, This day.
At the Supremo Court yesterday argument was heard in the case of Johnston v. the Waste Lands Board, in which the former asked for a mandamus to compel the Board to issue to him a pastoral deferred payment license for land bought at the recent sale. Judgment was reserved.
