February 5. In the Senate to-day the GoA'emmeut bill providing for the expulsion of the French dynastic families, and their interdiction from holding public offices, Avas under consideration, and was to a committee to report upon. The hoAvcver, is composed of a majority _of members Avho arc opposed to the provision for the expulsion of the members of the dynastic families from France, as agreed to in the Chamber of Deputies.
Prince Jerome Bonrparte, who Avas arrestested on a charge of sedition, has been committed for trial.
