January 25. The committee ai>pointcd by the Chamber of Deputies to consider the bill introduced by the Government dealing with the question of the Bonapartist manifesto has decided that the measure should provide that all Bonapartists should be cashiered from the army and ejected from the country. The Government, however, dissents from the finding of the committee. January 26. M. Duclcrc, the President of the Council of Ministers, is seriously indisposed.
